fried dough diplomacy

mekitsi, wine & other important matters.

Somewhere between Sunday breakfast, a wine bar and the kind of table where nobody leaves after one plate.

fried dough diplomacy

less brunch.
more ritual.

Bulgarian breakfast energy, Copenhagen wine-bar pace. Hot dough, cold drinks, long tables and no reason to rush.

the wine / Georgiev & Milkov

local grapes.
new expressions.

The wine for the pop-up comes from Georgiev & Milkov, a Bulgarian winemaking project focused on old vineyards and authentic local varieties.

Petar Georgiev and Radostin Milkov work with grapes including Red Misket, Mavrud, Rubin and Pamid, giving indigenous Bulgarian varieties a contemporary expression.
